In the world of haute horlogerie, there are watches that seek to showcase their complexity and others that choose a completely different path. The new H. Moser Endeavour Flyback Chronograph Dual Time Date clearly belongs to the latter category. Its uniqueness does not lie in the number of complications it incorporates, but rather in the way they coexist without altering the balance of the dial.

For H. Moser & Cie., a complication is never merely a technical exercise. It must enhance the user experience and become an integral part of the watch’s design. It is precisely this philosophy that gives life to a model combining a flyback chronograph, dual time zone, and date display, while maintaining remarkably intuitive legibility.
The initial impression is that of an elegant instrument, almost minimal in appearance. Only upon closer observation does a sophisticated mechanical construction emerge, built around a philosophy of extreme simplicity.
THE CHRONOGRAPH IN ITS PUREST FORM
With this model, H. Moser & Cie. completely reinterprets the concept of the traditional chronograph, placing legibility and visual harmony at the centre. The classic auxiliary counters disappear, making way for a centralised display of information.

The centrally displayed chronograph adopts a different solution than usual: the red hand indicates the chronograph seconds, while the rhodium-plated hand measures the elapsed minutes. A choice that makes reading immediate without overloading the dial.

The second time zone has also been integrated at the centre of the dial through a fumé disc featuring a discreet white arrow. Everything appears to fit naturally into the composition without interrupting its balance.
A DIAL THAT COMBINES TECHNICALITY AND ELEGANCE
What immediately captures attention is the turquoise fumé dial with a sunburst finish, one of the Maison’s most recognisable stylistic signatures. At its centre sits a Blackor fumé disc, also featuring a sunburst pattern and enhanced by a white arrow with a Super-LumiNova® tip.

Along the outer edge, a white minute track marks seconds and minutes, while the rehaut houses a tachymeter scale, an element recalling traditional measuring instruments and reinforcing the model’s technical character. The leaf-shaped hands filled with Super-LumiNova® complete the composition while maintaining excellent legibility.

The result is a dial that does not seek to impress at all costs. Every element appears to serve a precise function, without ever becoming the absolute protagonist.
THE HMC 730 CALIBRE DEVELOPED WITH AGENHOR
Behind this essentiality lies one of the watch’s most interesting aspects: the new manual-winding HMC 730 calibre, developed by AGENHOR for H. Moser & Cie.

The movement reinterprets the architecture of the HMC 902 calibre in a manual-winding form, removing the automatic winding system and oscillating weight. A solution that made it possible to optimise the available space while maintaining a sophisticated construction consistent with the model’s identity.

Among its most interesting features are a column-wheel chronograph, a horizontal friction clutch with micro-toothing developed by AGENHOR to reduce undesirable jumps when starting the chronograph, and a particular tulip yoke that controls the activation and disengagement of the chronograph system.

The movement consists of 383 components and 49 jewels, beats at 21,600 vibrations per hour, and uses a double-barrel architecture capable of delivering at least 72 hours of power reserve. The power reserve indicator is positioned on the movement side, preserving the clean appearance of the front view.
A CASE DESIGNED FOR TRAVEL
The Endeavour Flyback Chronograph Dual Time Date features a 42 mm stainless steel case with a thickness of 13.2 mm, proportions that maintain a balance between wrist presence and elegance. The chronograph pushers are positioned at 10 and 2 o’clock, while the screw-down crown at 4 o’clock, decorated with the classic engraved “M”, contributes to defining the character of the model.

The transparent caseback allows the HMC 730 calibre to be admired, finished in anthracite with double Moser stripesand partially skeletonised bridges. The case also guarantees water resistance up to 3 ATM.

Completing the watch is a grey alligator strap with nubuck finish, paired with a steel pin buckle engraved with the Moser logo.
