Glashütte Original presents PanoInverse Limited Edition, a new version made in only 25 pieces “42mm case” in platinum.
Famous to display tradition and Saxon craftsmanship, this masterpiece shows on the dial a magnificent lavishly engraved “butterfly bridge” and its screw balance at centre stage. Moreover, it’s possible to admire the characteristic form of the three-quarter plate, which is normally positioned on the back at the movement and visible only through the sapphire crystal case back.
Filigree foliage flows over the rhodium- plated surface in fine lines and delicate branching – and not just on the upper side with the balance bridge, but on the back of the movement as well. The unconventional face of the watch is enhanced by screw-mounted gold chatons, ruby-red jewels, blued screws and gilt engravings.
Inside, the manual winding Calibre 66-08, inverted in an original way, gives 41 hours of power reserve. Along with the hour, minute and small second indicators, the watch offers a power reserve display and a second-stop mechanism. In addition, a blue sapphire cabochon adorns the crown. The cornflower blue of the screws, the finely grained dial and the dark blue alligator leather strap offer additional blue accents. (Price €.45.000)
