Girard-Perregaux<\/strong> introduces its emblematic model, the Laureato,<\/strong> to the rich world of ceramic.<\/p>\n

For the first time, the iconic casual chic watch of the Swiss maison is presented in a new version entirely clothed in black ceramic, the Laureato 42 mm Ceramic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"Laureato\"<\/p>\n

An architectural watch, the Laureato is defined by a polished octagonal bezel<\/strong> fitted on an integrated case, meaning with no lugs or loops<\/strong>. The use of ceramic, noble technical material at once light, scratch-resistant and extremely well tolerated by the skin, further accentuates its ergonomic qualities.This new version, the 42 mm case<\/strong> houses the GP01800-0025 movement, mechanical self-winding, with a power reserve of 54 hours and hours, minutes, centre seconds and date functions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The black dial is decorated with \u201cClou de Paris\u201d hobnail motif<\/strong>. The timepiece in\u00a0its black livery explores whole new fields of expression, more understated or technical depending on its interpretations.<\/p>\n

The bracelet<\/strong> of this model, in black ceramic, with a ceramic triple-blade folding clasp<\/strong>, is a natural extension of the case and as such represents an inherent design element in its own right. It is distinguished by its wide shaped satin-brushed links and by its domed and polished interlink elements<\/strong>, entirely made of black ceramic.<\/p>\n

The Girard-Perregaux Laureato 42 mm Ceramic is water resistant to 100 metres<\/strong> (Price \u20ac.16.400<\/strong>).<\/p>\n
