The slim profile and the purity of the dial gave this timepiece an elegant and sober look, and brought it to immediate success in watchmaking history. <strong>To celebrate the 60 years of the first iconic model, Piaget\u2019s High Watchmaking Manufacture will dedicate the entire 2017 year to the Piaget Altiplano, launching in January, during the SIHH <\/strong>(Salon International De La Haute Horlogerie)<strong>, a collection in limited edition.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>The new classics: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3714\" src=\"https:\/\/www.watchinsanity.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Piaget_Altiplano_60th_Watch_Insanity_01-1024x724.jpg\" alt=\"Altiplano\" width=\"980\" height=\"693\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Taking inspiration from the aesthetical codes of the first extra plat Piaget models<\/strong>, the new Piaget Altiplano with automatic and manual winding calibers enhances the creativity of the <em>Maison<\/em>, that have been able to actualize an iconic watch, to satisfy the needs of the modern life. Both timepieces are enriched by a <strong>traditional Piaget blue dial with <em>soleil <\/em>decorations<\/strong>. At the same way the sober cross, taken from Piaget\u2019s historical models, is <strong>placed between the white gold applied index, and the <em>baton<\/em> hands.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3717\" src=\"https:\/\/www.watchinsanity.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Piaget_Altiplano_60th_Watch_Insanity_031.jpg\" alt=\"Altiplano\" width=\"994\" height=\"192\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Piaget Altiplano 43 mm with automatic movement encloses the caliber 1200P, 2.35 mm thick, white the Piaget Altiplano 38 mm encloses the movement 430P<\/strong>, that features an incredible 2.1 mm thickness.
