Montblanc expands the Star Legacy collection with two new models, Star Legacy Automatic Date<\/strong> and Star Legacy Chronograph Day & Date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

“Our Spirit of Formal Elegance, which is embodied by the Star Legacy product line, is inspired by Minerva pocket watches from the 19th century and the beginning of 20th century. The nowadays timepieces include round polished pebble-shaped cases, like those found on antique pocket watches; onion-shaped crowns with the recognisable Montblanc emblem; refined dials with the iconic exploding star guilloch\u00e9 pattern; and Sfumato straps coming from the Pelletteria in Florence, Italy.”<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Star<\/p>\n

Montblanc Star Legacy Automatic Date 43 mm<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The new Montblanc Star Legacy Automatic Date<\/strong> comes in a 43mm stainless steel case<\/strong> with a domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating and a sapphire crystal case back<\/strong>. There are two dial colours, one in ivory with a silvery-white flange<\/strong> and featuring 18 K rose gold-coated Roman numerals, indexes and hands, and the other in anthracite<\/strong>\u00a0with black rhodium coated Roman numerals, indexes and hands.<\/p>\n

\"Star<\/p>\n

The timepieces are powered by the MB 24.17 automatic movement<\/strong> that has a date at three o\u2019clock and a 38-hour power reserve<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The timepieces are water resistant to 50 meters<\/strong> and come fitted with a brown or grey sfumato strap<\/strong> and are available on a stainless steel 3 links bracelet<\/strong> that has been partly polished and partly satin-finished.\u00a0(Price \u20ac 3.030 with strap and \u20ac 3.330 with bracelet<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

Montblanc Star Legacy Chronograph Day&Date 43 mm<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The new Montblanc Star Legacy Chronograph Day&Date<\/strong> is housed in a 43mm stainless steel case<\/strong> with a domed sapphire crystal on the front and a sapphire crystal on the back<\/strong>, allowing the wearer the possibility to admire the MB25.07 automatic chronograph movement beneath<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The MB25.07 chronograph movement has a 48-hour power reserve<\/strong> and indicates the elapsed seconds via a central chronograph seconds hand, the elapsed minutes in a 30-minute counter, and the elapsed hours in a 12-hour counter. The day and date displays can be found in apertures at three o\u2019clock<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"Star<\/p>\n

There are two dial colours, one in ivory with a silvery-white flange<\/strong> and counters that features 18 K rose gold-coated Roman numerals, indexes and hands for the time functions and blued hands for the chronograph readings, and another that comes in anthracite<\/strong>\u00a0with black rhodium coated Roman numerals, indexes and hands enhanced with luminescent material SuperLuminova for a better readability at night.<\/p>\n
